Round 6 saw interesting battles up and down the field, along with a dramatic finale to the championship. Ahmad Noorazam of the Autohaus FCR Performance team headed into the final race with the championship lead, only needing to finish in 8th or higher, while Syaiful Ariffin needed second and Kelvinder Singh needing to pull out all the stops and win with the others faltering. Coming into the last lap after a strategic battle, Ahmad had an accident at the final corner, handing the championship to Syaiful, who came short in his challenge for the win with Kelvinder. In the end, Season 1 sees Syaiful Arrifin as the Driver’s Champion, and Autohaus FCR Performance clinching the Team’s Championship.
